Sue is Clerk to Northiam Parish Council. Born and educated in Yorkshire, Sue spent 33 years working for the Post Office mainly as a Construction Project Manager for their Property Division. She took early retirement in 2002 and became Northiam's Parish Clerk in December 2003. |

| Since becoming Clerk she has developed the role to include that of responsible Financial Officer and Cemetery Manager. Having obtained the certificate in Local Council Administration from the University of Gloucester after studying their working with your Council course she is currently working towards the CiLCA Clerks qualification. | |
Sue lives in Mill Corner, but she now works from the Parish Office, where she carries out her administrative duties for the Council. |
